• Classes are 1 hour long, bookings are required.  First assessment is free.

• Payments are based lesson-by-lesson, so there are no set course lengths.

• Skype lessons must be paid 24 hours in advance & any cancellations within those 24 hours will not be refunded.  Students must be over 13 years old to have Skype lessons with us.  This is a permission & a safety measure precaution. 

• If a group time-slot is already full, we will offer you the next time-slot available.

• No food, drinks, photos and recordings during lessons.​

• Café on-site at the Pakuranga building for small group lessons.  Plenty of parking there – Williams Robert Road, Pakuranga.

• If less than 4 hours notice that you cannot come, then you must pay for that lesson.
